It’s a hard fact to swallow, but Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have now been married for six years. Where did the time go? It’s flown by thanks in part to the couple’s entertaining social media antics, which they put on display once again as they celebrated their anniversary on September 9.

When Reynolds shared a picture of his new ad for Aviation Gin, Lively took the opportunity to tease him, announcing to the world just how “huge” her husband is. “Turns out the driver really doesn’t carry cash. But he DOES carry pepper spray… and a sh-tload of @aviationgin #Aviationowner,” Reynolds captioned an Instagram post, describing his ad on the side of a truck in New York City.

Lively, who is well aware by now that her every move on social media is fervently monitored, slid into Reynolds’s comments, writing, “Who needs a minivan!? I’m driving this from now.” She then added the incredibly detailed description, “Subtle, gorgeous and OHMYGAWDYOUREHUGE.” Gossip Girl series’ author Cecily von Ziegesar would be proud of that pun, as Lively could have been referring to the truck as well as, well, Reynolds himself.

Trolling comes naturally to Lively and Reynolds, whose roasts of each other on social media have been well-documented. His Twitter account, where he’s been known to poke fun at Lively, is one of the things she loves about him most, as she told Glamour last fall. “I’m so in love with him when he writes that stuff,” she said. “I mean, I’m in love with him most of the time, but especially with that.”

Other things she loves about him? “Everything we do in life we do together,” she told Vogue in 2014. “If I’m working on a movie, he helps me with my character; I do the same with him. Picking out a coffee table. What we’re going to eat. He’s a beautiful writer — he’s written a lot of stuff for us. And he’s got a great barometer and he knows me, so he will tell me if it’s not as good as it can be.” Her latest attempt at a joke, though, was no doubt met without any criticism.
