Rihanna’s Summer Errand Uniform? Silk Pants and Seafoam Green

Only Rihanna can turn a tedious weekday errand into a major street-style moment. Case in point: the star just endorsed head-to-toe seafoam green on a trip to the dentist.
On Tuesday, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were spotted in New York City bringing their two children, RZA, 4, and Riot Rose, 3, for a tooth checkup. For the appointment, Rihanna put a new color spin on a familiar monochromatic formula. She paired a Connor Ives seafoam green rugby shirt with silk Ulla Johnson pants in a similar shade. For a brave bit of contrast, her accessories were all animal print—from her snake-embossed Amina Muaddi sandals to her vintage orange crocodile Fendi bag. (Animal prints and seafoam green, would you call that “surf and turf style?”)
While Rihanna walked hand-in-hand with RZA in a striped T-shirt and jeans, A$AP Rocky and Riot were more pared back in black and navy.
The dentist office is a daunting place for any young child. Luckily, the visit seemed to end on a high note, as Rihanna left with Spider-Man and Minion balloons in hand. It didn’t hurt that her outfit also embodied pure summer joy. Her aquamarine palette oozed end-of-summer playfulness, while her languid, oversized draping added an air of effortlessness to the ensemble.
Though decidedly Y2K in its associations, seafoam green was a staple of the spring 2026 runways. Dior endorsed the shade in a glistening cutout gown. Prada leaned into blue-green tints with opulent opera gloves. Emporio Armani presented the hue in sheer layers with sequin embellishments. For Rihanna, the look is a continuation of her knack for statement tonal dressing. Just last week, the star was in Barbados with all three of her kids, visiting her childhood home. There, she also leaned into monochromatic styling—but for that occasion, in all black.
Now that she’s back in New York, routine inevitably calls. Still, leave it to the music mogul to make a mundane task into a fashion-forward outing.
