Season 7 of Game of Thrones may have just ended, but Lena Headey just confirmed that filming has already begun on season 8. And it seems like the final season of the hit show involves major beauty changes for multiple characters. Yes, wigs are coming.

Just last month, Emilia Clarke dyed her naturally brown hair platinum to match her character's iconic locks. "Mother of dragons meet Emilia. Emilia meet mother of dragons. If you squint just so you might never know," she captioned the pic of her new 'do. Now Headey, who plays Cersei Lannister, gave us a sneak peek at what hair changes the Queen Regent of the Seven Kingdoms might have in store.

Fans will recall Cersei's long, flowing hair was sheared before her walk of shame in season five. And for two seasons she kept the pixie cut, confusing fans about the show's timing. (Does the Queen's hair just magically not grow?) GoT producer Bryan Cogman later clarified on Twitter that Cersei may have just wanted it styled that way.

But judging by the actress's latest Instagram, Cersei might have had a change of heart. She posted a pic—alongside the show's hair and makeup team Kev Alexander and Candice Banks—wearing a super-blonde wig. "Season 8 ... Hair and Teeth ... HAIR AND TEETH !!! I @kevalexanderhair @candicebanks74," she captioned the image. Does this mean Cersei is taking her alleged peace treaty with Dany very seriously? To the point she will assume the Targaryens' iconic hair color? Is she a White Walker? Do the dragons also get wigs?

Fans were quick to comment on Headey's post with theories and hilarious remarks from "Ohh look its Sia's love children," to "Trying to sneak into Dragonstone like." Another fan speculated that Cersei's new look could actually be an old look: "Omg!! This short wig means we see flashback!! Hope it's battle of Trident."

Sadly, everyone will just have to wait until 2019 to find out what beauty looks are coming to Westeros.
