On Vacation, the Hadids Are More in Sync Than Ever

Sundresses, dewy selfies, and a surprising hair transformation that had the internet seeing double—the Hadid family vacation had it all.

On Sunday night, Gigi Hadid took to Instagram to share a carousel from a sun-soaked sojourn with all relatives in tow. In the assortment of pictures—which appeared to be taken in the Cayman Islands, their preferred holiday locale—the family can be seen eating beachside dinners, lounging on yachts, and watching serene sunsets. In the opening image, the 31-year-old model is hugging her younger sister Bella for a selfie on the sand. While the pair have always shared a resemblance, here, they’re more like twins—their hair the same shade of highlighted blonde. Gigi sported a drop-waist red and white dress and a slicked-back braid, while Bella wore a loose linen shirt, with her honey-hued locks in two messy pigtails.

Along with the sister selfie, Gigi shared other bonding moments within the supermodel family. Anwar Hadid was tastefully backlit against a cotton-candy sky, while Yolanda Hadid was seen on a rowboat with Gigi’s 5-year-old daughter, Khai. In another other photo, Gigi smiled while washing Khai’s hair, in low-slung blue sweats and a white tank top, with her gold necklaces stacked just so. It was the ultimate vacation photo dump, and perfectly emblematic of the Hadids’ summer thus far.

In recent weeks, Gigi has been spotted at an array of low-key outings in Paris with partner—and rumored fiancé—Bradley Cooper. For her part, Bella has been in Colorado as of late, embracing Western style and mountainous open landscapes. Now that they live in different states—Bella is primarily in Texas; Gigi is mostly in New York—the sisters’ time together is seemingly more rare. All in all, it’s nice to see that they can still come together to prioritize the more important things in life, like eating buttered pasta and going blonde.
