The Kardashian sisters are some of the most photographed women in the world, so naturally they recruit the best makeup artists, hair stylists, personal trainers, and nutritionists to maintain their appearances. Very few people have the same access, but fortunately the Kardashians are extremely generous with the knowledge they’ve picked up from their glam squads.
Recently, Kourtney Kardashian shared a very detailed outline of her diet on her app, which includes a heavy endorsement of drinking apple cider vinegar with water. (Both Miranda Kerr and Scarlett Johansson are devotees of incorporating apple cider vinegar into their routines.)
“Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach,” she wrote. “About 20 minutes after the collagen, I usually drink one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar mixed into a glass of water.”
The 38-year-old mother of three also advocates for a daily vegan probiotic shot before a pre-workout snack consisting of, “freshly made avocado pudding with E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder and MCT oil.” Then, she eats whole grain oatmeal for breakfast, a salad “with some type of protein added” for lunch, and an afternoon snack. Then, it’s more apple cider vinegar and another probiotic shot before a healthy dinner. “I love fresh, simple soups made with asparagus, sweet potatoes or beets. I also make turkey chili when it’s cold outside,” she writes. “I usually try to make soups and chili on a Sunday, so I have the extras in the fridge when I’m busy during the week.”
Of course, Kardashian also likes something sweet at the end of the day–she’s only human, after all–but she doesn’t reach for a pint of ice cream. No, she goes for Chef K’s matcha chia seed pudding. In case you needed a reminder that she’s not merely human, she’s also a Kardashian.
