Leonardo DiCaprio May or May Not Be Dating German Model Lorena Rae

Another day, another model.

It’s no secret that Leonardo DiCaprio has a reputation for dating models. Most recently, there was 25-year-old Nina Agdal, with whom DiCaprio split in May, and past trysts have included Gisele Bündchen, Toni Garrn, and Bar Refaeli, to name a few.

And now—sound the alarm— it seems that DiCaprio has found new arm candy in 23-year-old German model Lorena Rae. The New York Post‘s Page Six reports that the actor was seen with Rae “and a male pal” having lunch at Hillstone on Park Avenue after spending the day at MoMA PS1. DiCaprio reportedly tipped his ubiquitous baseball hat (or perhaps it was one of his favorite newsboy caps) down low to avoid attracting attention, but by now that old trick has only made the Oscar winner stand out more prominently than before. In truth, the cargo shorts, slouchy tee, sunglasses, a newsboy cap, with a scruffy goatee and a fannypack for good measure, has become its own sort of costume.

The brunette actress and DiCaprio have previously been spotted CitiBiking together in New York, traipsing around Monaco, and of course, riding on yachts with DiCaprio’s wolf pack, including Tobey Maguire and friends in St. Tropez, according to Page Six. These sound like the tell-tale rumblings of a new relationship in DiCaprio’s life. Or maybe DiCaprio just likes being surrounded by environmentally-conscious models. Who knows!

In any case, despite the evidence suggests, DiCaprio’s representatives insist that the two are not an item, firmly telling the Post, “They’re not dating.”

Sure, it’s well known that DiCaprio prefers blondes, but still, the couple who CitiBikes together, stays together, or so the urban myth goes. After all, DiCaprio is devoted to public transportation (and commercial flights to Saint-Tropez).
