Blake Lively may still be in recovery from a recent hand surgery that paused production on her upcoming film, The Rhythm Section, but the actress hasn’t slowed down in the gym.

After months of physical training, Lively has revealed that she has lost the 61 pounds she gained when pregnant with her second daughter with husband Ryan Reynolds, Ines. (She gave birth in September of 2016.) Lively celebrated the occasion with a post on Instagram, that showed off her incredibly toned abs and arms while standing next to trainer Don Saladino. She wrote in the caption: “Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through instragram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models. Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud.”

Saldino was equally excited and proud of the actress. He posted on Instagram: “Couldn’t be more proud @blakelively! 61 pounds in 14 months after baby number 2! Doesn’t she look awesome?”
