It's one of those workouts where you don't sweat that much, you sweat a bit, but it's not like circuit training where you are drenched in sweat. It is so effective—muscle toning, waist cinching, thigh shrinking, everything!"
French model Camille Rowe prefers a "spontaneous solo dance party" to a trip to the gym. "I always have music on at home and I'm always shaking a leg." But she also likes yoga and walking. "I do yoga every morning. It's become like a meditation to me," she says. "I live on a hike so I'll go for walks once or twice a day. I love an activity!"
